• hOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECIEVE?

  We typically send about 30-40% of the photos we take on any given event. Our average shutter count is about 100-300 photos per hour. We send 30-40% of that to you. For a wedding of about 8 hours, you can expect a photo count of around 400 - 1500 edited photos. It honestly just depends on what is happening during that time.

• THESE PACKAGES DONT REALLY FIT MY NEEDS, DO YOU HAVE ANY CUSTOMIZABLE PACKAGES?

• WILL YOU SEND US UNEDITED PHOTOS? OR ALL PHOTOS SENT TO US EDITED?

  All photos that are sent back to you are sent edited. We do not provide RAW or unedited photos as this does not align with our brand and style. Although, you are able to purchase all unedited photos separately.

• WHAT IS THE AVERAGE WAIT TIME TO RECIEVE PHOTOS BACK?

  Our estimated time of delivering photos and videos is stated on the contract, which is 12-24 weeks, however, we love to exceed expectations and provide them in a much timely manner. We are working on a process improvement project that can potentially get you your wedding photos and highlight in 6 weeks! More to come later.

• ARE YOU ALLOWED TO MAKE FILMS MORE THAN 45 MIN AS YOU STATED IN YOUR PACKAGES?

  Yes. Depending on what is happening during your event, your documentary film can possibly go over the 45 minute threshold. We cannot guarantee the exact length of your film, which is why we like to keep a range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes long.

• DO YOU HAVE PHOTO ALBUMS?

  Yes! We have packages available for photo albums that you can purchase separately. At the moment, we have an issue with our vendor that does not allow us to ship these albums due to COVID. More updates to come.

• HOW DO YOU PREFER PAYMENTS?

  Deposits can be sent via Venmo @Rahim-Siddiq or zelle at 9259631882. For the remaining balance, you can send it online through the same method or by check payable to Visual Artistry Collective through the mail. Please arrange for the payment to be received by Rahim before your event date, otherwise, a late payment fee will be incurred for each day the final payment has not been received

• WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE? CAN WE SEND THE PAYMENT AFTER RECEIVING THE PHOTOS/VIDEOS?

  The deposit is due immediately when you intend to book. We cannot hold your date or book our team without the initial deposit. The remaining balance is due one day before the date of your first event. You can send the remaining balance via check to 1288 S Macduff St, Anaheim, CA 92804, or electronic payment via Venmo @Rahim-Siddiq or zelle 9259631882.

• HOW MUCH OF THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE? DURING THIS FLUID SITUATION WITH COVID, THERE’S ALOT OF UNCERTAINTY.

  As of now, the deposit isn’t refundable due to the overhead required to book our team and assign a slot in our calendar. However, due to the challenging times we are facing, if your event needs to be postponed to a future date, we are more than welcome to do that for you at no cost.

• DO YOU CHARGE TRAVELING FEES?

  Yes. We charge 0.57/mile for any wedding outside of a 15 mile radius from our office in Anaheim, CA. With out-of-state or further weddings, a separate flat rate is charged that varies per area.
